Online booking and repair tracking for small repair shops.
Customers book a repair in about a minute and check its status with a ticket number. You update it from your phone. Fewer “is it ready yet?” calls, without a big, expensive system.
Built for 1–3 person shops that fix phones, laptops, consoles, electronics and appliances in the US, UK, Canada and Europe.

Three screens. That’s the whole idea.
Customer books online
They pick the device and the problem, choose drop-off or pickup, leave their details and get a ticket number.
You update the ticket
Change the status, add notes and a quote from your dashboard, on your phone or at the counter.
Customer checks the status
They enter the ticket number and see exactly where their repair is, with your notes and the quote.
What you get in version 1
Focused on the job: taking requests and keeping customers in the loop. These are real screenshots from the demo.
Your booking page
A page with your shop’s name for your website, Google profile or Instagram bio. Customers tap their device and the problem, choose drop-off or pickup and leave their details.
- Tappable device picker: phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, console, smartwatch, TV, appliance
- Common problems as one-tap chips
- Customers can attach up to 3 photos of the damage

Status tracking for your customers
Received → Diagnosing → Waiting for parts → Repairing → Ready → Picked up. Customers check it any time with their ticket number, no app or account.
- Your public notes and the quote in one place
- Their own photos, visible only with their ticket number
- Refreshes by itself

Shop dashboard
All requests in one list with photo thumbnails. Filter by status, change it in one tap, add public or internal notes and a quote.
- Full-size customer photos in the ticket
- Works on your phone (shown here) or at the counter (see the top of this page)
- Export tickets to a spreadsheet (CSV) any time

Quotes
Add a price and a short note. The customer sees it on their tracking page.
Pickup & delivery (optional)
Offer pickup if you already do it. Customers enter their address; you or your own driver handle the trip.
Works on any phone
Nothing to install, for you or your customers.
Simple on purpose
A good fit if you…
- run a shop with 1–3 people
- take repairs by phone, walk-in or DMs today
- get lots of “is it ready?” calls
- want something set up in an afternoon
Not the right tool if you need…
- a point of sale or card payments
- inventory and parts ordering
- payroll, many locations or franchise reporting
Full shop suites do those well, at a higher price. Benchnote does less, for less.

FAQ
Do you send technicians or drivers?
No. Benchnote is software for your shop. You do the repairs. If you offer pickup or delivery, you run it yourself; Benchnote just collects the address and shows the status.
Do customers need an account or an app?
No. They book on a web page and track with their ticket number.
Do you take payments?
Not in version 1. The quote shows on the tracking page and customers pay you the way they do today.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. You can export your tickets as a CSV file at any time, and we don’t sell or share your customers’ details.
Is it available now?
It’s in early access. Try the demo, then subscribe to a plan and we set up your shop’s booking page within 1 business day. Prefer to talk first? Leave your email below.
Can customers send photos of the damage?
Yes, up to 3 photos per booking. They’re resized on the customer’s phone before upload, and only your shop and someone with the ticket number can see them.
