This page explains what information Benchnote handles and how. Short version: we use your data only to run the service, we never sell it, and we delete it when you ask.

What we collect

• Shops: your shop name, contact name, email, phone and the settings you choose.
• Your customers: what they or you enter for a repair: name, phone or email, device details, the problem, notes, quotes, status updates and any photos of the device.
• Early-access list: your email and anything else you choose to enter (shop name, country, team size, message).

How we use it

Only to run Benchnote: to show bookings and repair status to the shop and to the right customer, to set up and support your account, and to contact you about the service. A customer's tracking page shows only that customer's own repair.

We do not sell your data

We never sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the services we need to run Benchnote (hosting and payments), and only for that purpose.

Payments

Subscriptions are paid through our payment processor. Card details are entered on the processor's checkout and go straight to them; we never see or store your card number.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep shop and repair data while your subscription is active. You can ask us to delete your data, or a customer's data, at any time by emailing benchnote@mail.tab.bot, and we will delete it within 30 days. When you cancel, we delete your shop's data within 30 days unless you ask us to keep it longer.

The demo

The FixFast Demo Shop is fictional. Anything entered in the demo is visible to everyone trying the demo dashboard and is deleted after 72 hours. Please use made-up details. The demo sends no texts or emails.

Cookies and tracking

No advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The dashboard keeps its sign-in in your browser tab only.

To know how many people visit, our own simple counter records each page view: the page, the referring website, the approximate country, the device type (phone or computer) and an anonymous code that changes every day. It sets no cookies and we do not store your IP address. Visit statistics are kept for up to 13 months.
