Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

Benchnote is a monthly subscription and you can cancel at any time. After you cancel you are not charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.

Refund of your first month

If Benchnote is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund that charge in full. No questions asked.

Later months

Monthly charges after the first are not refunded once a month has started, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next charge. If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled), tell us and we will refund it.

How to ask for a refund

Email benchnote@mail.tab.bot from the email address you subscribed with, and include your shop name or order number. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
